Agape Mem Hey Shin Self Supported Ministry ("the Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or purchase products under our Karma Divine collection, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Purchase information — when you buy a product or give an offering, our payment provider (Tithely) collects your payment details. We receive a record of the transaction (such as your name, email, and what you purchased), but we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information — like general usage data your browser shares automatically. Our site is a simple static page and does not run advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To deliver the products, courses, coaching, or support you request.
- To respond to your messages and stay in touch about the Ministry.
- To keep records of offerings and purchases that fund the Ministry.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of our site.
Payment processing
Payments and offerings are handled by Tithely, which processes cards securely through Stripe. Your payment is subject to their privacy and security practices. The Ministry does not store your card or bank details on its own systems.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and email tools), or when required by law. Our internal Leadership Directory is a private tool for the Ministry and is not published on the public website.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, and support the Ministry's mission. You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion.
- You can unsubscribe from Ministry emails at any time.
Children's privacy
Our products and store are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
